Dandy is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to generate leads and shape the sales function in the UK. You'll utilize Salesforce and other outreach tactics to drive revenue. This role requires 2+ years of professional sales experience.
You have 2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment — you've successfully navigated the challenges of generating leads and building relationships with prospects. Your experience with cold calling, especially targeting SMBs, has equipped you with the skills to effectively pitch value propositions and handle objections. You are comfortable using Salesforce and other tools to track sales activity and continuously improve your processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute ideas that will shape the sales function from the ground up.
Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with creative outreach tactics will also enhance your ability to connect with potential clients.
As the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects, you will generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics. Your role will involve pitching the Dandy value proposition, handling objections, and moving prospects through the sales funnel. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs and contribute ideas to build the UK BDR function from scratch. Your feedback will be instrumental in shaping our processes, tools, and strategy as we launch our go-to-market function.
