InterSystems is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director for the DACH region. The role requires fluency in German and English, along with strong organizational skills and previous experience supporting senior-level executives.
You have over 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level managers in a corporate environment. You are fluent in both German and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you excel at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. You are detail-oriented and possess strong proofreading and grammatical skills, ensuring that all correspondence and documents are polished and professional. Proficiency in MS Office 365 is essential for this role, as you will be preparing business reports and presentation materials. You have a flexible attitude towards your work and are highly reliable, making you a trusted partner to the Managing Director.
In this role, you will support the Managing Director in the demanding day-to-day business operations. This includes managing their time, coordinating appointments, and preparing for meetings and business events. You will be responsible for handling general correspondence and administrative tasks, ensuring that all communications are timely and effective. Organizing business trips and performing expense claims will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring you to be meticulous and organized.
