Experience with APIs and a solid understanding of blockchain technology are essential for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the developer voice is heard. Having built relevant side projects or having founder experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your hands-on approach and understanding of the developer ecosystem.

What you'll do

As a Customer Product Engineer at Alchemy, you will be the first technical touchpoint for developers building in Web3. Your role will involve providing technical support, helping developers debug their code, and navigating our APIs. You will troubleshoot RPC issues and engage with the community to gather insights that will shape the future of our platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the developer experience is seamless and that their feedback is integrated into product development. Your responsibilities will also include participating in community discussions, answering technical queries, and creating resources that empower developers to utilize Alchemy's tools effectively.
