You'll work with Embedded Linux, C, and C++ to ensure high-performance and reliable designs. This position requires experience in hardware specifications and safety concepts.
You have a strong background in motion systems engineering, particularly in the context of actuators and control systems. Your experience includes working with embedded systems, and you are proficient in programming languages such as C and C++. You are familiar with MATLAB for modeling and simulation, and you understand the importance of functional safety in engineering design. Experience with hardware specifications and the ability to analyze architectural trade-offs for performance and reliability are highly valued. In this role, you will contribute to the decomposition and maintenance of technical requirements for motion control actuators, ensuring that high-level product, safety, and operational goals are accurately reflected in OEM specifications. You will analyze architectural trade-offs for motion control performance and reliability, ensuring that designs are robust and meet functional safety concepts. Your responsibilities will include reviewing hardware specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate actuator systems into vehicle platforms. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to ensure that the actuators perform as intended in real-world scenarios.
