Job Description

Who you are

You have experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders and managing complex calendars. You excel in organizing travel logistics and ensuring that executives stay focused and prepared for their responsibilities. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization. You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. You are proactive and can anticipate the needs of executives, ensuring that they are well-prepared for meetings and engagements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the calendars of senior leaders, coordinating meetings and ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently. You will organize travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, to facilitate smooth business trips. You will assist in preparing materials for meetings, ensuring that executives have the necessary information at their fingertips. You will also help drive cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with various departments to align on priorities and execution. Your role will involve maintaining communication with stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged in ongoing projects.
