Overview

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Vehicle Intelligence to drive sales of Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras. You'll collaborate with Key Account Leaders to deliver integrated solutions to law enforcement agencies. This role requires expertise in sales strategy and technical knowledge of LPR products.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in technology or public safety solutions. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs makes you an effective partner in driving sales strategies. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with decision-makers in large organizations. Your technical acumen allows you to be the go-to resource for product knowledge, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Axon's solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Key Account Leaders to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by law enforcement agencies.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety sector or with similar technology solutions is a plus. Familiarity with Fixed License Plate Recognition systems or related technologies will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities and have a track record of successfully closing deals. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, making you a valuable asset to the sales team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for Axon's Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras, identifying key use cases and crafting tailored solutions for law enforcement agencies. You will collaborate closely with Key Account Leaders to engage decision-makers and support complex sales cycles, ensuring that you drive long-term strategic opportunities within large public safety organizations. Your expertise in LPR products will position you as a technical expert, guiding clients through implementation logistics and data workflows. You will play a critical role in expanding Axon's reach and unlocking new revenue streams, all while helping agencies solve real-world problems through advanced vehicle recognition technology.
