CI&T is seeking a Squad Leader to guide teams in agile practices and AI utilization. You'll coach and mentor clients to overcome organizational challenges while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires experience as an Agile Leader and proficiency in Scrum and Kanban.
You are an experienced Agile Leader with a strong background in coaching and mentoring teams to adopt agile practices effectively. You have a proven track record of guiding organizations through their transformation journeys, ensuring that agile principles are understood and implemented across all levels. Your leadership skills enable you to motivate and inspire teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. You are an excellent communicator, fluent in English, and capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Your experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) equips you to handle projects of varying sizes and complexities, making you a valuable asset to any organization.
In this role, you will lead teams in adopting agile methodologies, ensuring they stay on track with agile techniques while fine-tuning approaches as necessary. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement by setting clear goals and milestones, holding teams accountable for their progress.
