Hims & Hers is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control operations at their compounding pharmacy in New Albany, Ohio. This role involves leading inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Experience in quality control and regulatory compliance is essential.
You have a strong background in quality control management, ideally with experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting. Your leadership skills enable you to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the highest quality products for patients and customers. You are familiar with USP standards, cGMP practices, and internal SOPs, and you understand the importance of compliance with regulatory requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of quality within your team.
Experience in a compounding pharmacy or similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with quality management systems and tools will help you excel in this role. You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
As the Quality Control Manager, you will lead and perform in-process and post-production quality checks, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. You will oversee the quality control operations, guiding your team in conducting thorough inspections and testing of products. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and safety. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of production.
You will also be responsible for training and mentoring quality control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
