Experience in a compounding pharmacy or similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with quality management systems and tools will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As the Quality Control Manager, you will lead and perform in-process and post-production quality checks, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. You will oversee the quality control operations, guiding your team in conducting thorough inspections and testing of products. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and safety. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of production.

You will also be responsible for training and mentoring quality control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Regularly reviewing and updating quality control documentation will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. You will play a key role in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
