You are someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving complex resourcing puzzles. You care deeply about smooth delivery and strong team experiences, making you an ideal fit for the Associate Resource Manager role at Superside. Your ability to work closely with Pod leadership, creatives, and project teams ensures that the right people are in the right places at the right time. In this role, you will help plan and optimize creative capacity across our delivery pods. You will work closely with Pod leadership to understand project needs and ensure that staffing aligns with those requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing team workloads, identifying gaps in resources, and making recommendations for staffing adjustments. You will also collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth delivery and enhance team experiences. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of resource management in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals and resource allocation.
