LangChain is seeking a Field Marketing & ABM Leader to drive growth through targeted marketing programs and high-impact events. You'll work closely with sales leadership and manage a growing team. This role requires expertise in Account-Based Marketing and event orchestration.
You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and field marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth through targeted campaigns. You thrive in a builder's role, ready to take initiative and grow your team as the company expands into new regions. Your experience includes orchestrating various types of events, from intimate executive dinners to large-scale user conferences, showcasing your ability to manage diverse marketing strategies with precision. You are strategic and execution-focused, able to partner effectively with sales leadership to build a robust pipeline-generating engine. You understand the nuances of experiential marketing and are passionate about creating impactful experiences for potential customers.
Experience in the tech industry, particularly with AI or developer-focused products, is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable with travel for internal alignment and event production, ensuring that you can execute marketing strategies effectively across different locations.
In this role, you will be the primary marketing partner to our Sales leadership, responsible for developing and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that drive engagement and conversion. You will lead the planning and execution of high-impact field events, ensuring they align with our overall marketing strategy and contribute to pipeline generation. You will inherit one direct report and will have the opportunity to grow your team as we expand into new regions, determining where to focus our marketing efforts geographically and across event types. You will be expected to operate as a player-coach, guiding your team while also being hands-on in executing marketing initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
LangChain offers competitive compensation that includes a base salary range of $200,000-240,000, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
