Confluent is seeking a Business Operations professional to drive strategic initiatives for their APAC and Middle East teams. You'll collaborate closely with partner sales teams to optimize performance and execute go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in sales and partner management. You understand the nuances of working in diverse markets such as APAC and the Middle East, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can drive initiatives that optimize team performance. You are comfortable asking hard questions and providing honest feedback, fostering a culture of openness and teamwork.
You have a proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies and are adept at analyzing business performance metrics to inform decision-making. Your ability to work closely with sales teams allows you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. You are passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes and are committed to continuous improvement.
Experience in the tech industry, particularly in data infrastructure or streaming technologies, would be a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and partner ecosystems in the APAC and Middle East regions will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Sales and Partners Strategy & BizOps Team, working closely with the APAC Partner Sales Team and the Middle East Direct Sales & Partner Sales team. You will drive business-critical initiatives that optimize the performance and efficiency of the team, ensuring that Confluent's go-to-market strategy is executed effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align on objectives and deliver results that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales performance data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. You will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and strategies. Additionally, you will support the development of training materials and resources to empower sales teams in their efforts to engage partners and customers effectively.
You will also play a role in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. By encouraging open dialogue and sharing best practices, you will help create an environment where innovative ideas can flourish.
