Workato is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive sales and build relationships with clients in Thailand. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a startup environment.
You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector. You thrive in a startup environment and are comfortable with ambiguity, knowing how to craft large, complex deals by building trust with colleagues and clients alike. Your ability to communicate effectively in Thai will be an asset as you engage with customers and prospects in Thailand. You understand the importance of collaboration and are a team player who can also work independently when needed.
You possess strong negotiation skills and are adept at identifying customer needs and aligning them with the solutions offered by Workato. You are driven by results and have a passion for helping businesses streamline their operations through innovative technology. Your experience in enterprise sales will enable you to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
While not mandatory, familiarity with Workato's platform and its capabilities will be beneficial. Additionally, any experience in the field of enterprise orchestration or similar technologies will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients and articulate the value of our solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Thailand market. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how Workato's AI-powered platform can help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support. You will also collaborate with your colleagues to share insights and strategies that can improve overall sales performance.
