Staff Engineer - Lending

What you'll do

As a Staff Engineer at Adyen, you will lead the development of the foundational systems that support our lending and credit capabilities. This includes working on our Capital offering, which aims to provide a seamless experience for granting capital to merchants. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure you build meets the needs of our customers and enhances their experience with our financial products. Your role will encompass the entire lifecycle of lending products, ensuring that each stage is optimized for performance and efficiency.

You will be responsible for driving technical discussions and decisions, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your leadership will guide the team in building scalable and reliable systems that can handle the complexities of financial transactions. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
