You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry. You thrive in building and leading high-performing teams, and you understand the nuances of regional markets. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance high-level planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds sales targets. You are skilled in managing distributor relationships and have a knack for making products visible and desirable in competitive markets. You are energized by the challenge of growing brands and winning market share, and you are ready to take on a leadership role that impacts the company's success.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will own the sales performance across Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. You will lead a talented sales team, driving both on and off-premise volume through key partners and regional wholesalers. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring that JuneShine Brands’ products are unmissable in the market. You will report directly to the VP of Sales, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth.
