What you'll do

As a Staff Salesforce Engineer at GitLab, you will take on the role of technical architect for our Lead-to-Cash and Go-To-Market ecosystems. You will design, build, and scale enterprise-grade solutions that support our sales processes, pricing strategies, and delivery mechanisms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the solutions you develop meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring they align with best practices and industry standards. Your role will involve hands-on coding, as well as mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on Salesforce best practices. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates, ensuring that GitLab remains at the forefront of CRM technology.
