Unity is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead the EMEA team and drive channel strategy across Europe and the Middle East. You'll collaborate with sales organizations and mentor Partner Account Managers. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.
You have a proven track record in managing teams and driving revenue growth — your experience in channel management has equipped you with the skills to lead a diverse team of Partner Account Managers across Europe and the Middle East. You understand the importance of building strong partnerships and have a strategic mindset that allows you to shape the direction of channel initiatives effectively. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and develop others.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners. Your analytical abilities allow you to leverage market insights to inform decision-making and drive performance. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
Experience in the technology or gaming industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the EMEA market dynamics. You may have a background in sales or business development, which complements your channel management expertise. In this role, you will manage and mentor a regional team of Partner Account Managers, guiding them to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional channel strategy, ensuring alignment with Unity's overall business objectives. Collaborating closely with Unity's Direct Sales organizations, you will create co-selling strategies that enhance market penetration and drive growth.
You will lead the forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting processes for the EMEA region, providing the Global Channel Lead with clear visibility into performance metrics. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the medium-to-long-term direction of Unity's partner ecosystem, allowing you to play a pivotal role in the company's growth trajectory.
