What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Threat Protection team, you will design and implement security features that empower Box administrators to manage and secure their content effectively. You will collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define security requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve developing and maintaining security alert systems that provide timely notifications of potential threats. You will also work on anomaly detection algorithms to identify unusual patterns in user behavior and content access. Your contributions will directly impact the security posture of Box's platform, ensuring that our customers' data remains protected.

You will participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of security awareness within the team.
