GenScript is hiring a Project Manager for Protein Expression to lead customer-focused projects from strategy to delivery. You'll oversee cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in protein expression. This role requires experience in a biotech environment.
You have a strong background in project management, particularly within the biotechnology sector, and are adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact outcomes. Your expertise in protein expression allows you to effectively manage customer-focused projects from strategy through to delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at navigating the complexities of biotech projects, balancing multiple accounts while driving platform enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate project goals and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams ensures that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience in cell and gene therapy, vaccine development, or biologics discovery would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and the drug development process is also desirable, as it will enhance your ability to manage projects effectively in this highly regulated industry.
As a Project Manager at GenScript, you will lead various projects focused on protein expression, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for preparing project reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on project status and outcomes.
