Google is seeking a Content Solutions Sales Lead to drive YouTube content solutions sales for large customers. You'll leverage your expertise in advertising sales and the creator economy to develop impactful strategies. This role requires 8+ years of experience in advertising or media.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, or media. You bring at least 3 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials for sales teams, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively with clients. Your strong understanding and passion for YouTube’s premium media ecosystem enable you to navigate the complexities of how brands leverage cultural moments. You possess a deep understanding of the creator economy and video landscape, including TV media dynamics, CTV, sponsorships, and influencer marketing. You have a proven track record of success working with key internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. Your ability to develop brand strategies and video advertising solutions is well-established, and you are committed to maximizing customer success.
In this role, you will act as the strategic link between insights and success stories, driving YouTube content solutions sales through a targeted list of customers. You will work alongside account teams and wider sales specialists to support our largest and most complex advertisers. Your responsibilities will include building trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs, and translating them into powerful solutions that help achieve their most ambitious goals. You will collaborate with the wider Accelerators UKI LCS team to effectively demonstrate the opportunities and value of premium content solutions, driving tangible results for advertisers. You will also shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google with their most important goals.
