Your problem-solving mindset allows you to tackle complex challenges effectively, and your communication skills enable you to collaborate with diverse teams across the organization. Experience in the payments industry or with chargeback management is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques will help you guide your team in making informed decisions. A background in working with enterprise clients will enhance your ability to understand their unique needs and challenges.
As the Team Lead for Credit Risk, you will oversee a team responsible for evaluating and managing financial risks associated with a portfolio of enterprise merchants. You will mentor and guide your team members, ensuring they deliver high-quality work while fostering a collaborative environment. Your role will involve close cooperation with other Credit Risk teams located in Chicago and Singapore, as well as collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Legal teams to align on strategies and objectives. You will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions to help businesses achieve their ambitions while minimizing financial exposure.
