Job Description

Join AWS as a Senior Customer Solutions Manager and guide enterprise customers through their cloud transformation journey. Partner with industry leaders to shape the future of cloud computing while working with emerging technologies and innovative solutions.

About the Role
At AWS, we're looking for a collaborative technology leader who can bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You'll work with diverse teams to create and implement cloud adoption strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes.

AWS Global Sales drives adoption of the AWS cloud worldwide, enabling customers of all sizes to innovate and expand in the cloud. Our team empowers every customer to grow by providing tailored service, unmatched technology, and dedicated support. We dive deep to understand each customer's unique challenges, then craft innovative solutions that accelerate their success. Key job responsibilities
- Guide enterprise customers through their AWS cloud adoption journey
- Foster collaboration between AWS teams and customer stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic transformation plans
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building
- Support customers in achieving their business objectives

A day in the life
Your day might include participating in strategic planning sessions with customers, coordinating with internal AWS teams, reviewing adoption progress, and identifying opportunities for innovation. You'll balance relationship building with technical guidance while ensuring customer success.

- 3+ years in customer-facing strategic roles
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational and analytical skills- Experience implementing cloud solutions
- Understanding of technology market trends
- Professional certifications (PMP, SCRUM, SAFe)
- Industry expertise in Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, Games, or Healthcare
