You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise and commercial accounts. Your experience includes building trusted relationships with customers, including C-level sponsors, and you excel at navigating complex sales processes. You are a strategic problem solver with high energy and exceptional cross-functional skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various teams.
You understand the importance of customer service and are committed to ensuring a seamless customer journey from pre-sales to launch. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and drive results.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud-based solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with AI and search technologies will enhance your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace new challenges as they arise.
In this role, you will take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service throughout their engagement with Elastic. You will work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Services team members to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for growth within your territory, which consists of customers located in Brazil and Mexico.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Elastic's goals, focusing on the mid-market segment. This involves conducting market research, understanding customer pain points, and presenting solutions that leverage Elastic's capabilities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Your role will require you to track sales metrics and report on progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets. You will participate in regular meetings with the Services team to discuss customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
