Vacasa is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across vacation rental properties. You'll ensure guest satisfaction by troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi. This role requires a valid driver's license and a commitment to maintaining high property standards.
You are a proactive Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping properties in top condition. You have a knack for problem-solving and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to ensure exceptional experiences for guests and homeowners alike. You understand the importance of preventative maintenance and are skilled at performing general repairs across various systems, including appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi. You are comfortable coordinating with third-party vendors and participating in on-call coverage for urgent issues. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with a clean driving record that allows you to travel between multiple vacation rental properties daily.
As a Maintenance Technician at Vacasa, you will be responsible for traveling between various vacation rental properties to perform essential maintenance tasks. Vacasa offers a competitive compensation of $24 per hour, with actual pay varying based on your skills, experience, and education. Eligible employees may receive up to $100 per month as a car allowance. You will be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and invests in your growth.
