You have experience in account management, particularly within the SMB sector, where you've successfully driven growth and built strong relationships with clients. You understand the unique challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses and can tailor solutions to meet their needs. Your ability to collaborate with channel partners is key, as you work to engage end users and understand their environments. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and solutions.
