Experience in a global organization is a plus, as is familiarity with Go-To-Market strategies. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the global GTM People Partner team, setting the strategy and operating model to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing People Partner team across various regions and time zones. Establishing a clear operating rhythm will be crucial, as you prioritize stakeholder routines and escalation paths to enhance team effectiveness. You will partner closely with senior GTM leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy. Your recommendations will be data-informed, providing clarity on trade-offs and potential impacts on the organization. You will also work on building shared standards and templates that improve the quality and speed of people operations processes.

The company offers a competitive salary range of $270,000 - $320,000 per year for this role, reflecting the importance of the position within the organization.
