Overview

Talkspace is seeking an Associate Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience with their services. This role requires excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have experience in account management and are passionate about fostering strong relationships with clients. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring that clients have a smooth experience with Talkspace services. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work cross-functionally with various teams to drive client success. You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining records and reporting on account performance to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Desirable

Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is a plus, as is familiarity with client relationship management tools. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. You will act as the main point of contact for existing accounts, providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly. You will collaborate extensively with the Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management, and Product teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Your role will involve maintaining detailed records of client interactions and account performance, which will be crucial for reporting and providing insights to senior leadership. You will also be involved in resolving any issues that arise, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Talkspace.
