SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to optimize marketing spend through advanced analytics and customer insights. You'll work closely with marketing leads and utilize skills in SQL and Google Analytics. This role is fully remote within the United States.
You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, particularly in marketing, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer behaviors and preferences. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools allows you to create insightful reports that drive marketing strategies. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. You thrive in a data-driven environment and are passionate about optimizing marketing investments through robust experimentation and analysis.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. You have a strong analytical mindset and are adept at using data to inform decision-making processes. Your ability to create custom audiences and optimize SEM bidding strategies will enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You are committed to fostering a customer-centric approach within the organization and enjoy sharing insights with leadership to improve customer engagement.
In this role, you will own the business relationship with stakeholders on the Marketing team, guiding investment decisions based on data-driven insights. You will develop a holistic view of marketing channel efficiency, utilizing optimal sales attribution logic and conducting robust experimentation to test marketing strategies. Your work will involve optimizing SEM bidding to maximize ROI, identifying valuable new bidding signals, and understanding interactions with inventory and pricing. You will create custom audiences to enhance the relevance of marketing touchpoints across CRM, SEM, and social media platforms. Additionally, you will share insights into customer behaviors and experiences with the leadership team, driving a customer-centric mindset throughout the organization.
