Overview

Cloudflare is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of their Enterprise customers in Sydney. You'll manage post-sale experiences and build strong relationships. This role requires excellent organizational and project management skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and have a deep understanding of customer needs and how to meet them effectively. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You are empathetic and understand the importance of customer satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations. You are a proactive problem solver who can anticipate customer challenges and address them before they escalate. You are committed to continuous learning and personal development, eager to grow your skills and contribute to the success of your team.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. A background in project management or a related field would also be beneficial, as you will be coordinating various aspects of customer engagement and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the post-sale experience for Cloudflare's Enterprise customers. You will ensure that customers are successfully onboarded and that they receive the support they need to maximize the value of Cloudflare's services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in service delivery. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to help customers understand and utilize Cloudflare's products effectively. Your goal is to build long-lasting relationships with customers and ensure their ongoing success with Cloudflare.
