What you'll do

In this role, you will support the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of direct materials and consumables necessary for production. You will oversee daily operations to ensure they meet established SLA and KPI targets. You will manage material planning for critical items, ensuring that production schedules are met without delays. You will drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms. Your role will involve monitoring market trends and supplier performance to ensure that the company remains competitive in its procurement practices. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the procurement function, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
