Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in managing indirect channels and partnerships. With at least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, you understand the intricacies of channel partner ecosystems and have successfully developed marketing strategies that engage and motivate partners. You are adept at creating incentive strategies and trade marketing initiatives that drive performance and align with sales objectives. Your analytical skills allow you to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively convey marketing strategies and engage with partners at all levels. You are passionate about workplace wellness and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company like Gympass.

Desirable

Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. You may have a background in managing reseller, referral, or affiliate programs, which will enhance your ability to drive channel success. What you'll do

As the Indirect Channel Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the Channel Partners team, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance partner engagement and performance. You will design and implement growth engines tailored to the unique needs of our partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and resources necessary to succeed. Your role will involve creating and managing incentive programs that motivate partners to achieve their sales targets, as well as developing trade marketing initiatives that highlight the value of our offerings.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring that all marketing efforts support the overall revenue goals of the company. Regularly analyzing campaign performance and partner feedback will be crucial in refining your strategies and maximizing impact. You will also be responsible for training and supporting partners in utilizing marketing materials and resources effectively, fostering a strong partnership culture.

In addition to your marketing responsibilities, you will play a key role in identifying new partnership opportunities and expanding the partner ecosystem. Your insights and recommendations will help shape the future direction of our channel marketing efforts, contributing to the overall growth and success of Gympass.
