Gympass is seeking an Indirect Channel Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for channel partners. This role requires expertise in partner channel models and incentive strategies to drive growth.
You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in managing indirect channels and partnerships. With at least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, you understand the intricacies of channel partner ecosystems and have successfully developed marketing strategies that engage and motivate partners. You are adept at creating incentive strategies and trade marketing initiatives that drive performance and align with sales objectives. Your analytical skills allow you to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively convey marketing strategies and engage with partners at all levels. Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. As the Indirect Channel Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the Channel Partners team, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance partner engagement and performance.
