You have a strong background in risk management, with experience in video verification and document investigations. Your analytical skills allow you to identify and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that bad actors are kept at bay. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investigations through video verification calls and managing the appeals process. You will analyze accounts for registration exploits, listings abuse, and other fraudulent activities, ensuring a holistic review of each case.
