You are an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in software development and applied AI. You have a builder-first mindset and are outcome-oriented, focusing on measurable lead-time and quality gains. You understand the intricacies of AI and are pragmatic about its applications, knowing where agents excel and where they may fail. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at linking upstream inputs to downstream outcomes, ensuring that your product meets the needs of users effectively.
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with payment processing systems. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a track record of driving product adoption and scaling capabilities.
In this role, you will own and scale the Agentic Development product at dLocal. Your primary responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, collaborating with Development Productivity, Engineering, AI, and Security teams to ship improvements, and driving user adoption.
