Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in TPU Systems and Cloud AI. You'll leverage your expertise in program management and technical knowledge to drive new product introductions and manage cross-functional teams. This role requires 5+ years of experience in program management and familiarity with ML/GPU systems.
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes managing new product introductions (NPI) across software or hardware products, where you've been involved in architecture, development, and launch processes. You possess a strong understanding of ML/GPU systems, infrastructure systems, and data center hardware, which allows you to assess engineering problems effectively.
You have experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, demonstrating your ability to align, prioritize, resource, and scale programs according to strategic objectives. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences seamlessly. You thrive in environments where you can drive and land large and complex programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress and blockers.
Your program management skills are complemented by your ability to contribute to shaping technical directions, making you a valuable asset in any project. You understand the interplay between program and technical issues, which helps you navigate challenges effectively. You are comfortable presenting analyses and recommendations to executives, ensuring that your insights lead to improved business outcomes.
