Rescale is seeking a Regional VP, Enterprise Sales to drive sales at strategic accounts and develop sales strategies. You'll lead a high-performance team and engage with executives to identify business needs. This role requires strong leadership and CRM experience.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with extensive experience in driving sales strategies and achieving quotas. Your leadership style is ethical and effective, allowing you to mentor and coach your team to success. You excel in building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your advanced organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills enable you to communicate effectively with executives and senior business leaders. You are naturally persuasive and persistent in achieving your goals, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

Desirable

Experience in the engineering or scientific sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with intelligent automation and applied AI technologies. You are comfortable using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage your sales pipeline and forecast accurately. Your problem-solving skills are advanced, allowing you to navigate complex sales scenarios and identify opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

As the Regional VP for Enterprise Sales at Rescale, you will be responsible for driving sales at strategic named accounts across North America. You will develop and implement sales strategies and plans for your assigned account groups, ensuring that your team meets their quarterly and annual quotas. You will lead a high-performance team of Account Executives, guiding them in building a prospecting strategy for new sales opportunities. Your role will involve engaging with executives and senior business leaders to provide sales consulting and identify their business needs. You will be accountable for achieving a roll-up quota of $1M - $2M per Strategic Account Executive, focusing on both net new logo business wins and expansion of existing accounts. You will foster a culture of success within your team, selecting the best talent and setting them up for success.
