Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior Marketplace Consultant to drive growth and satisfaction for third-party sellers. You'll manage a portfolio of sellers, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize their performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in seller portfolio management.

You have a proven track record in managing seller portfolios, ideally with experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to produce profound business analyses that drive strategic decisions. You thrive in environments where you can navigate ambiguity and coordinate across teams to achieve results. You are adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline tasks, ensuring that you can provide the best support to your sellers. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage expectations and timelines effectively while maintaining strong relationships with your clients. You are proactive in identifying untapped potential and are skilled at onboarding new sellers to maximize their success on the platform.

Desirable

Experience in international expansion strategies and brand building would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with operational challenges in the marketplace context will help you excel in this role. A background in data-driven consultancy or strategic account management will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Senior Marketplace Consultant at Amazon, you will independently manage a portfolio of up to 15 sellers, developing tailored strategies to drive their growth and satisfaction. You will work backwards from their targets, creating joint roadmaps that align with their business goals. Your role will involve producing in-depth business analyses to identify opportunities for optimization across various facets of the marketplace, including fulfillment, product presentation, and advertising. You will proactively recruit and onboard new sellers, helping them navigate the complexities of launching their programs in your country. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you address operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance seller performance. You will also leverage AI tools in your daily work to streamline processes and improve productivity, ensuring that you can deliver the best results for your sellers.
