What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of DevRev's AI-native platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to design and implement solutions that unify data sources and enhance collaboration. Your expertise will help identify potential issues before they impact users, allowing for proactive maintenance and improvements.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices for reliability and scalability. You will also contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to streamline deployments and updates.

As part of the team, you will participate in regular reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve processes and outcomes. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
