You have experience monitoring and analyzing systems across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying suspicious or malicious activities in IT environments. Your familiarity with Microsoft 365 and firewall technologies enhances your ability to contribute effectively to the security team. You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Desirable

Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with threat detection methodologies and security best practices will help you excel in this role. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies will be beneficial as you develop your skills in the cybersecurity field.

What you'll do

As a SOC Analyst T1 L2 at Kaseya, you will monitor, analyze, and triage systems and events in a 24x7 operations environment. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and escalate suspicious or malicious activities to the Tier II Analyst as needed. You will perform incident detection, response, and remediation, ensuring that Managed SOC tickets are addressed and resolved promptly. You will conduct deep-dive incident analysis by correlating data from various sources to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
