What you'll do

You will oversee the performance of your field sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to help them achieve their goals. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you will serve as the primary champion of production and dealer success in one of Lendbuzz's most strategically important territories. Your insights and leadership will be crucial in shaping the direction of sales efforts in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market engagement.
