6sense is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales to build and scale a high-performing sales organization. You'll lead a team focused on driving customer value-based growth. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking in B2B sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales management, with at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams. Your leadership style is centered around recruiting, coaching, and developing talent, ensuring your team consistently exceeds revenue targets. You possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, allowing you to drive customer value-based growth effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about fundamentally changing how organizations approach sales and marketing.

You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective sales strategies. Your ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams is essential, as you will work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. You are results-oriented and have a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive success.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can leverage analytics to optimize sales performance. A background in revenue operations or a related field would also be beneficial, as it complements your sales expertise.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales at 6sense, you will be responsible for building and scaling a market-leading enterprise sales organization for the East region. You will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company. Your primary focus will be on hiring and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives who are equipped to engage with and convert high-quality leads into revenue.

You will create situational playbooks that guide your team in their sales efforts, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed. Your leadership will involve setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and support to help your team achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance metrics and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales initiatives. You will also engage with product teams to ensure that your sales strategies are informed by the latest product developments and customer feedback. Your ability to think critically about customer engagement and value creation will be essential in driving the success of your team and the organization as a whole.
