Overview

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work closely with top customers, advising on how to customize Samsara's solutions for their unique needs. This role requires strong collaboration across various teams and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and have a proven track record of helping customers achieve their goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are skilled at providing tailored solutions that drive value. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Desirable

Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) space or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and how it can be leveraged to improve customer operations will set you apart. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for analyzing customer data to inform your strategies. A passion for technology and a desire to help customers succeed in their digital transformation journey will make you a great fit for this role.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our top customers after the implementation phase. You will work closely with them to understand their unique challenges and how they can best utilize Samsara's platform to enhance their operations. Your role will involve advising customers on best practices and customizing solutions to meet their specific needs. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You will also be responsible for tracking customer satisfaction and success metrics, providing feedback to improve our offerings, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
