Pulley is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the expansion of professional services for founders. You'll blend operational leadership with technical collaboration to build scalable service offerings. This role requires strong strategic execution skills.
You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in professional services or a related field. Your ability to blend operational leadership with technical collaboration sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of delivering high-quality services to clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at designing efficient workflows that enhance customer experiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that service offerings evolve with customer needs. You are a strong communicator, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering, to define and implement internal tools that support service delivery. You are passionate about helping startups succeed and understand the challenges they face in managing equity and operations.
Experience in venture-backed or private equity-backed companies is a plus, as it gives you insight into the unique needs of these clients. Familiarity with equity management tools or similar software solutions will help you hit the ground running. A background in project management methodologies will also be beneficial as you lead initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for launching new service delivery capabilities tailored to the needs of venture-backed and private equity-backed companies. You will design customer-facing workflows that are efficient and scalable, ensuring that Pulley can meet the growing demand for its services. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, you will define and ship internal tooling that enhances service delivery and improves operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for building and leading internal service teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and service performance metrics to continuously refine and improve service offerings. You will work on strategic initiatives that align with Pulley's mission to simplify equity management for founders, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
Pulley provides a supportive and innovative work environment where you can make a significant impact. We offer a competitive salary range of $147,000 - $179,000 USD, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and contributions.
