Overview

Koalafi is seeking a Bilingual Merchant Support Representative to provide exceptional support to their merchant network. You'll manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong customer service experience.

Who you are

You are a customer service professional with a strong background in providing support and building relationships. You possess excellent communication skills, particularly in both English and another language, which allows you to assist a diverse range of merchants effectively. You are trustworthy and able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment in your interactions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a growing team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our merchants, managing all existing relationships through proactive communication. You will handle daily inbound and outbound inquiries, addressing questions regarding accounts or applications with timely and accurate information. Your goal is to ensure high levels of client satisfaction by building deep relationships with our retail partners. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future direction of our merchant support initiatives, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
