Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will have a strong focus on supporting the sustainable growth of the BR Operations:
- Create financial models and other financial analyses to support our European growth strategies.
- Support the financial planning e.g. Guidance OP1, OP2
- Analyze and manages financial and operational KPIs to support the business owners across all functions (Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, etc).
- Prepare monthly performance based reporting for the business & senior management.
- Execute ad hoc finance initiatives as & when required.
Collaborate with International finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements.- Relevant experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Relevant experience identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- - Relevant experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and experience in a quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence- Experience in participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
