Oscar is hiring an Associate, Data Analytics to join their Network team. You'll analyze and monitor key financial and utilization metrics to support business goals. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL.
You are an entry-level data analyst with a strong foundation in SQL and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. You have experience in reporting dashboards and generating insights that help improve business performance. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present your findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. In this role, you will partner with different business units to scope, analyze, and monitor performance metrics that align with company goals. You will independently drive the execution of analytical requests, working with stakeholders to define key questions and methodologies.
