Overview

AutoFi is seeking a Change Management Advisor to help dealership staff integrate AutoFi into their daily routines. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in automotive sales management. You'll work closely with finance and sales managers to enhance their selling processes.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a background in automotive sales management, ideally with experience as a General Sales Manager (GSM) or Sales Manager. Your ability to build rapport quickly with dealership staff is essential, as you will be working side by side with them to ensure they understand how to effectively use the AutoFi platform. You are comfortable presenting financial numbers and negotiating terms of car deals, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process in the automotive industry. Your high energy and passion for helping others succeed make you a natural fit for this role.

You thrive in environments where you can directly influence the success of others. Your experience in overcoming objections and closing deals is complemented by your ability to present F&I products effectively. You are empathetic and understand the challenges that dealership staff face, allowing you to provide tailored support that meets their needs. You are also adaptable and can adjust your approach based on the unique dynamics of each dealership.

Desirable

Experience with digital commerce technology in the automotive sector is a plus, as it will help you understand the context in which AutoFi operates. Familiarity with dealership operations and the sales process will enable you to provide more effective guidance to managers and staff. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with dealership staff to integrate AutoFi into their daily routines. You will sit on the sales desk alongside Finance Managers, Sales Managers, and General Sales Managers, demonstrating how to utilize the AutoFi platform to enhance their selling processes. Your role will involve hands-on training and support, ensuring that staff are comfortable using the technology to sell vehicles more efficiently and profitably.

You will present financial numbers to customers, negotiate terms of car deals, and help overcome objections that may arise during the sales process. Your ability to build relationships with dealership staff will be crucial as you work to instill confidence in their use of the AutoFi platform. You will also be responsible for presenting F&I products, ensuring that staff understand how to effectively incorporate these offerings into their sales strategies.

Your work will contribute to the overall success of the dealership, as you help them transition to a more digital and efficient sales process. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within the dealership to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing support as needed. Your insights and feedback will be valuable in refining the training and resources provided to dealership staff.
