JFrog is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage the quote-to-cash process and support the sales team. You'll analyze sales data and ensure data accuracy within the CRM system. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in sales operations.
You have a solid background in sales operations, with experience managing the quote-to-cash process and collaborating with sales teams to ensure accurate order management and fulfillment. Your analytical skills allow you to generate insightful reports that identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You are detail-oriented, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, and you thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Information Systems, Finance, and Legal. You are proactive in identifying process bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Your ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies makes you a quick learner, and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively interact with internal stakeholders. You are driven to achieve and exceed KPIs consistently, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus, as is familiarity with sales best practices and emerging technologies in the industry. A background in data analysis or reporting tools will also be beneficial in this role.
