You have a proven track record in operational leadership, ideally with experience in managing service delivery teams across multiple regions. Your ability to motivate and develop a workforce is key — you understand how to measure performance and address obstacles that hinder success. Experience in the 3D printing or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with global service operations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to represent regional interests effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders.
