Who you are

You have proven experience in sales, ideally within the merchant services sector, and possess a consultative sales approach that allows you to effectively close deals. Your self-starter attitude enables you to generate your own leads, and you are driven by the ambition for uncapped commissions and financial independence. You understand the importance of building relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the best service possible.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of payment solutions and how they can benefit small and medium businesses. You are comfortable working independently and have a track record of achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will cover the Gloucester area, actively seeking out new clients and helping them understand the advantages of Teya's payment solutions. You will not only sell but also build lasting relationships with your clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided. Your role will involve educating merchants on how to manage their money smarter and grow their businesses without the burden of contracts or hidden fees. You will benefit from industry-leading upfront commissions and ongoing residuals, allowing you to maximize your earnings.

You will receive full sales support, including access to CRM tools and 24/7 merchant assistance, which will enable you to provide exceptional service to your clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to activate merchants quickly and efficiently, ensuring they can start benefiting from Teya's services as soon as possible.
