Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager in Indirect Procurement to lead supply chain initiatives for their Terran R vehicle. You'll be responsible for balancing lead time, cost, and manufacturability in a collaborative environment. This role requires significant experience in supply chain management.

You have extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in indirect procurement, and understand the complexities of balancing lead time, cost, and manufacturability. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design intent translates into executable reality. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is crucial, as you will be shaping solutions that impact the entire organization.

You are detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to assess supplier performance and make data-driven decisions. Your experience includes managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts that align with the company's strategic goals. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the indirect procurement efforts for Relativity's supply chain team, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable procurement strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement plans that align with project timelines and budgets, as well as managing supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
