You have a strong technical background with experience in support engineering, ideally with a focus on automation and process improvement. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to analyze operational processes and develop effective solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists, to deliver impactful projects. You have a solid understanding of Amazon's technology and services, which you leverage to enhance workflow efficiency. Your experience with programming languages such as Python and Java enables you to implement code solutions effectively. You are also familiar with Agentic AI and LLM orchestration, which you use to optimize workplan development and automation.
Experience with self-service software products and a background in developing technical requirements will be advantageous. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools will also help you thrive in this role. You are a proactive communicator who can document requirements and create functional specifications clearly.
In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to document requirements and create functional specifications for medium to large-scale projects. You will lead the end-to-end development of self-service software products, focusing on Paramount workflows, which includes design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. As a Subject Matter Expert for Amazon's internal authoring application, you will provide guidance and support to your team. Your ability to identify process improvements will be crucial in enhancing workflow efficiency and contributing to technical design decisions. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that the solutions you implement meet the needs of the business and improve operational processes.
